I can't say about your area, but in my area the HOAs who have banned STRs, their homes have increased by a normal amount these past 3 years, roughly 10%, maybe as high as 15%.The HOAs who have 'not' banned STRs, have seen their values double in 3 years.Double.

In a perfect situation, the payment will still be delayed (even if by hours) using this additional system.And secondly, many of these vendors have "clawback" provisions where, in their terms of service, you give them permission to go back into your account - even weeks after the fact - and reverse a deposit that was made by your tenant.My system is simple, allows for tenants to pay through multiple means, and does not cost me anything extra.I’m curious how you’re able to have people deposit into a bank account since most of the large ones are now putting policies into effect that ban anyone other than the account holder to deposit by cash, check, mo, or cc.

Just so you know, STRs are banned in SLC, (but it still goes on because of a few reasons).Quick tip:Provo and SLC are pretty far apart looking at mileage.
