It really a block by block city. 

I would be interested in hearing about pain points from the community and possibly developing solutions for these.

So it really makes sense to see if any public records show gas heat somewhere on that block of that street.

Memphis is a great place to invest but areas can vary and one block can make a difference.  

Too much of a pain reporting annually to an institution with hat in hand.  

However audits are a pain and how much is it worth.
