Anyone in my shoes can go on and on about their experience, the awards they received, the articles they have been mentioned in, the amount of loans they have funded and the loan products they can offer, but what really jumps off the page to you and makes you think in your head 'I really like this lender and I want my clients to utilize his services?'

Often (I'm not saying you are doing this) landlords are reluctant to file claims because they also feel they can get more money from the tenant than the insurance company would award them based on the conditions on the ground.

Best guess is that they were in the business for 10 years prior to my work with them, and its hard to say how difficult it was for them to get their first award.Yes, things differ from state to state and for most I believe that the awards are almost always allocated to prior recipients.

I can't recall if there is a fund limit function, i.e. you only have X to spend, stop awarding certificates if you reach that number.If you want to see how bidding goes, look for the results of the last year or two.
