Be sure to attend the local BRIC meetings as its a great place to network.

I would also suggest attending local meetups and REIA meetings as these are a great way to connect with like-minded individuals. 

I do not attend it but I know there is a real estate group that meets once a month I believe.

I'm learning the fundamentals of Wholesale through reading lots of Books, attending Webinars, listening to podcasts, and now I'm starting to attend local meet ups and local REIA, and of course BP.

I was online one day and  found my local REIA chapter and decided to attend.

As far as finding empty boxes for sale, you should join the ICSC and then attend the conferences and networking events. 

If you can't handle stepping in to a grocery store or attending Sunday church service without a dog in your pack, you may need to be medicated and under constant supervision.I'm prior military and a combat veteran.
