Cap rates are being compressed and it does not appear that that process will subside.

Appearantly the landlord lobby is so incredibly weak here in portland they can’t prevent anything unless it gets contested under Oregon state constitutional grounds.

hey @Danny Johnson It appears to be working now with that issue resolved.

It's hard to comprehend this but appearently there is this mortgage boot event that's causing the taxable event.

It appears profit was approximate $35.8k. 

You can ask them if everything appears to be in order if you're concerned.

I agree with Jessica @Mellisa Man - it appears to be a touch situation. 

I would watch the market there because it appears that it may be on the decline.
