@Mike Schorah Yeah I do like the Zillow app a lot.

Seems silly, but I do have the keyboard shortcuts for QB desktop down pretty well, it makes me efficient at data entry, these shortcuts normally don't carry over so well to web apps. 

if the current landlord can send a note/email/text/call letting them know you are the new owner as well that would help transition.But first up is letting everyone know who to contact/pay.

Looking for any input on financial institutions supportive and competitive with cash out refi's, banks/financial institutions easy to do business with on bank account side, business credit cards that provide the best "perks", financial institutions that provide lines of credit for a property management company and best app / software to help track and organize revenue / expenses. 

there’s something I learned about many years ago called “habit stacking”It’s where you find something you already do every day (for this example it’s scrolling thru social while I take my morning shi…uhmmm…while I get ready in the morning), and add the new habit you’re trying to reinforce to the end of what you already do.So I just used Apple’s Shortcut app to create a BP Forum app on my homescreen and put it in my “Social” folder on my home screen.My goal is to post or reply to something every morning!

A big house the previous owner divided into 3 separate apps.  

My wife (who managed our Airbnb) spent about 2 hours per week in the app, and she is very efficient with her time.
