I've checked my web statistics for google analytics and I'm not seeing any click throughs from BiggerPockets.  

What's funny is it's becoming thread like NJ/AZ is better than TX and so forth , than actually giving a proper analytics of what's really happening *inside* TX job market. 

Coming from an extremely analytical background with my college degree in real estate from UGA- I still get agents that I speak to that have 0 respect for the work I do and undermine my intellectual capacity.

The Fair Isaac Corporation came up with the analytics score that bears it's initials.

You will need to have good records...Specifically:-Analytics-Is traffic paid or Organic-CPC-Revenue generated daily,monthly,yearly.

Since I'm pretty sure nobody here has much involvement with massive numbers of data tapes, I'll also throw out that my day job just released a tape analytics product I designed for performing this same sort of analysis on data tapes and drives to detect potential problems before they result in data loss.The challenge for what you describe, Matt, is data.

I use Google Analytics code and set a conversion goal on successful paying subscribers to the RentingYourHome main product, in order to confirm exactly how much money we make each month from different blog posts.

And quite often with the two parties having differing view points.My skill set leans toward the analytical side of dealing with numbers, technology, etc.
