Do you have a vacuum cleaner?  

I'm also a "part time" airline pilot and fly international flights based at LAX.

I've found this style of door stop to be far more durable and trouble free in the long run as you can't guarantee that the rigid or spring-based ones that go on the baseboard trim won't be knocked off by a vacuum or bent by small kids and then the next time the door is pushed too hard you have a dent in your wall anyway.  

Not sure if that is your demographic, but Orcale moved HDQ to Houston, you have med school there and MD Anderson and plenty of medical workers, big airline worker population, oil business great today, Exxon just moved HDQ there again, many other companies moving there. 

One of the theories that I have is that we don't really have the large office space needed to attract large companies such as Alaska Airlines (or another similarly sized company that isn't tech and focuses on middle class jobs).

But if you could make some sort of agreement with the airline itself that would be ideal. 

We rack up a lot of frequent flyer miles on our favorite airline.

We work full time and have found that this model, which I modeled after the Southwest Airlines works well for us.

Vacuum up the floors thoroughly and then wipe down with tack cloth.3.  

All carpeting must be vacuumed.
