It is next door to a JCPenny.The neighborhood is a clutter of all popular retails: Walmart, Costco, JCPenny, Movie theater, popular eating places, etc...

However there is nothing illegal about an agent giving you $100 starbucks gift cards or wal mart gift cards all of which are as good as cash to me.You just have to think outside of the box.

They go through excruciating pain to make the seller believe they went to Walmart, bought a yellow paper, then hand write that paper, put a nice custom personable stamp on it, even sometimes they put a picture of the house on it.The seller now things.. well lookie here, someone is extremely motivated because they went through all that trouble.Guys and girls.. really?

The Walton family (Wal-Mart) just invested millions of dollars on a few large projects in our downtown (hotel, apartments, theater/entertainment center) because they see the long term viability.  

Walmart with in walking distance.  

Grab one at office depot, office max or walmart. 

Just buy some paint from walmart for cheap paint the inside and outside.

You guys have all saw it before, a large developer comes into an area, purchased a large piece of land and before you know it, you have a Walmart, Target and a whole new slew of restaurants etc. 

Does Wal-Mart fill the isles with patio furniture in November or do they stock Christmas items?
