Most people just skim and ignore me during their orientation and then get mad when I hold them to their contract down the road.I don't have a good answer, though.

@Scott Roberts milk, eggs, and gasoline will appreciate over the long term as well, but that doesn't make them a great investment.

I also agree with Patrick's underlying assessment that everything taught in these classes are not really necessary, some topics can be skimmed over.

Skim the titles and read what may pertain to your situation.

You may have to go in and do a quick skim coat of the entire ceiling which isn't too difficult, just time consuming.If it were me, I would scrape, skim coat, then do a quick knock down texture on the ceiling.

I thought the original question was "Is ANYTHING worth fighting for" I merely skimmed through all the post since my last one but it seems like the same people ( as seen in other threads) enter into a no win "opinionated' argument.
