This isn't to say that good quality items aren't used however you have to remember that reality tv is about as "real" as a blockbuster movie.

They have been renovated (if not new), and they are loaded with features and amenities that attract travelers - features like themed kids bedrooms, video games, flat screen televisions and a garage that has been converted into an air conditioned game room or movie theater.A number of potential investors call me stating they have the 20% down for the mortgage, but they don't have the extra cash to pay for any renovations, which can't be financed. 

Especially TV and movies, which will doubtfully go anywhere with a crash.I do know agents and brokers there if you need one, but I'd say first you'd want to narrow some criteria down and have a feel for what specifically you are looking for.

If you enjoy going to the movies, the mall, having more than a handful of restaurants to eat at or having multiple choices of grocery items or beer brands, Belize is not for you.
