I am interested in moving North, closer to remaining family and a new and upcoming market because of a trillion dollar sports arena being built right in the heart of downtown.

As a child I was non-verbal for 8 years [learned to read at 3 but had no way to tell anyone] and I was made such "sport" of for being such a loser.

Also, being a former division 1 athlete and having played professional basketball in Germany for 2 years, I am a huge sports fan (partial to basketball and football)!  

Lakers or any great sport franchise dynasty.  

I've replaced my morning commute sports talk radio station with catching up on the podcasts. 

At that point, to be honest, I'll probably start a semi-active/semi-passive business activity like owning franchises (I've been looking at Sport Clips in particular), since I'll be bored.My goal is $10-15,000 per month after all taxes. 

Getting an RE license won't turn a scumbag into a saint and just not having one but working in real estate doesn't mean you are automatically looking to screw people over for sport.  

Plus, thinking through Demand, we're beginning to see a lot of retailers (like the Colorado based Sports Authority) default - PacSun, American Apparel, Aeropostale... what this says about the larger economy, I don't know. 

I guess you could say I'd rather be making a tree house than watching sports.
