If it’s in an area that gets snow and ice this is a BFD but if you were in an area without ice and it’s commonplace (such as visit a Caribbean island) then it doesn’t matterSo it really depends, if it’s the norm then your fine if it’s not the norm, then it’s problematic  @Chris Seveney I went and measured it, its actually 70ft with a downward slope going towards the street away from the house.
