From Grosse Point to New Baltimore to Rochester/Auburn Hills down to Troy/Madison Heights. 

We just got the Chicago Club connected and talking with the Madison Club.

 - As most local investors in Madison know, it can be a tough market to make the numbers work.  

He gave me several books to read, of which I've completed one called "Actvate Your Passion" by Madison Hildebrand, and the other of which I'm half-way through called "SOLD!

However I wanted to know if anyone is from the Huntsville, Madison AL area I'm currently looking for a mentor or someone I can shadow during a wholesale transaction!!

If you haven't decided yet either, that's fine too, just remain active and keep learning like you are doing.Personally I am a newbie in Madison, WI and I'm looking for a business minded partner or partners for a fix and flip deal, and also I would eventually like to own multi family properties.  

Focus areas include North and East Nashville, Bordeaux, Madison.

I have 3 others in Waterford and 1 in Madison Heights. 

Not wanting to jump in before knowing what I was doing, I read about 30+ books, listened to every BP podcast, read countless posts and blogs, and joined our local Madison REIA. 

I am looking for suggestions on a good property management company in Madison, WI or Dane County as well as what they charge as a monthly management fee.
