Kyle Ozauke County Wisconsin

Hello everyone. I am new to the real estate environment. As mentioned, I am in Ozaukee County Wisconsin. That being said, it seems tough to find a reasonably priced opportunity in this area, or perhaps my expectations of what I am looking to make are to high. I have been looking at neighboring citys to increase my options. So far I have blazed through the Rental Property book, working my way through the bigger pockets podcasts and basically taking in any information my brain can retain. If anyone can lend some advice, do's and don'ts and why. I would be thrilled. I realize every situation is different but if I can learn from other people's mistakes as well as my own I can hopefully limit any self inflicted pain. Thanks everyone.
