As for your others, it's a little challenging with the first being a bank holiday and it's just not necessarily on everyone's mind.

He was late on a credit card payment over the holidays last year and in May, but all other bill payment history looks good.

Your SOI or COI is something that can make you good money but if you want to grow into a business then you need what i call "stranger business" If you go on holiday for 30 days and come back and you rely on your SOI for business then its hard to hand off that business to an agent below you.Contact me if you want more info on this.

Unfortunately you just missed the last meeting in Princeton for the year, but SJREIA has a great holiday party next month, you should look to attend.We also do management in Mercer County but only manage deals for other people when we had a hand in the initial renovations, like a turnkey.

We still rent out a lot of homes during this time, but those months are typically a little slower with holidays and winter months of January & February.  

That is CASH that you draw on, I was told its like a giant credit card for your home.

But remember even those interested are on 1000 different lists and are getting giant piles of mailers.I'm shocked any time anyone tells me they're even a TINY bit effective.
