I dislike red ink with the naive hope that in the end the appreciation will cover that and STILL produce an ROI.I'm a cashflow investor and I just love those monthly deposits to my checking account,Yeah, sure, when I sold the 6units there was a ton of appreciation, but that was a GIFT, not a predestine occurrence.

You only need a 1 bdrm in the $75-$100K range and btw please tell me your present job, salary, future earning potential, credit history, whether your boss likes/dislikes you, if you plan to have children soon and how many, spending habits, savers/spenders, will you be making any other large buys post-buying a house ala a car... as I need to factor all this in for you so I can make a decision for you on what you should do for youself."
