But still, overall there is an abundance of data that would help you decide which RE areas you want to consider over the long run.One important factor to consider in buying RE property is the stability of neighborhoods, i.e., vacancies (both owned and rental), family composition, crime rates, etc.

They were tied to the property only as an abundance of caution for any future owner or lender to make sure they were aware of the fire.  

You will gain an abundance of knowledge from this alone.

I cant say that ive seen an abundance of bandit signs lately so maybe the city is cracking down on them.
