At the 50k mark I would say you certainly have enough to fund flips in SE DC, PG county, parts of Montgomery, Frederick, etc (assuming you are using a private lender or hard money for financing).  

@Anna Fuchs I would be ok with it, because I know that HUD used the 2+1 rule, meaning 5 for a 2 bedroom (doesn't matter the makeup of the family) Sounds like s lot, but with them not there all the time.

This is for those dealing with Section 8 in Prince Georges County in MD.Does anyone know what the county expects from the applicants?I have heard things like requiring the applicant to be drug-free, not a felon, hold ...

Just keep in mind, most banks will want a PG regardless of your LLC so its difficult to get around that. 

Currently I am looking in northeast, southeast and southwest DC, along with areas nearby in PG County.
