The building was a chicken coop , converted to a workshop in the 1980's Bare wood in the interior .

Not one of the $25k things by any means, but if you can ignore the sales pitches during the 3-day workshops (from any guru), I think there is always stuff that can be taken from them. 

Before I found this site I went to one of those 3 day workshops run by an investing guru.

So, my family has inherited a hoarder house and multiple garages and workshops that all need to be cleaned out and up etc.This commences next week so I am kind of roughing out a plan and ideas now.The two items on my list so far: Dumpster and Gloves. 

To ballpark the numbers I've been working with a mentor from my local REIA and have attended several workshops at the REIA where rehab has been discussed.

Although I don't consider this a hurdle as now i'm very confident in what actions to take as I feel I truly have a handle on how real estate investing/deal analysis works! Hope
