The instructions on the box did say to install a 6 mil polyethylene moisture barrier when applying over slab-on-grade (oddly enough the online instructions didn't mention this, which is why I was so confused in the first place).Long story short, I installed a 6 mil poly barrier in all areas - both over the wooden and concrete subfloors.
