I re-read it about 3 weeks ago and spent time working through the steps as outlined in the book and this time I got really excited about it.

Guru#2 charges $597 for his 6 week course (an over $3900 value), same thing $2 million portfolio - I attended his free webinar so that's how I know the price.  

That is, until a few weeks later, I receive 12 notices from New York State Division of Human Rights that a local non-profit have filed 12 complaints against me on behalf of 2 individuals for "discrimination" of source of income.

The downleg is in the final stages of creating a marketing package from the broker that we're using and should be listed in the next couple weeks.

Thanks This thread caught my eye as about 2-3 weeks ago as I had an out of state investor reach out to me asking my advice on the same situation.

MLS in the UK - negotaiated over a few weeks and tried not to get emotional on the purchase.

Random calls, voicemails, and invoices from maintenance vendors 2-3 maintenance items per week, takes about 30 min to deal withC.

It took 2 weeks to list and another 2 weeks to close.Pre-cleaning it was not in any condition to be sold to on the MLS and cash buyers would've wanted a heavy discount for the extremely bad condition of the property.
