I watched a webinar the other night by bigger pockets and the presenter showed a buying houses for a low cost (75,000) and renting for about 1000 USD.  

I've scouted out a few properties just to watch the process.  

we did emergency lighting in stairwells, and  hallways,, had to LITERALLY station a Live person in building 24 hours a day to do a fire watch because smoke alarms did not work..

Just sit back relax and watch the money come in...You do not need to pay ANYONE for SEO, PPC, any kind of marketing.

If this house is worth $130k to $150k and only needs $5k in repairs, why would this seller not put it on the MLS for $100k and watch 30 offers come in?

(I live in upstate SC)I know I'm going to have to be comfortable trusting a property manager for aNY project for it to be scalable, but  the prospects of having one of the tenants in a turnaround park watch over an entire asset while I'm away seems nuts, at least in my brain.
