Fort myers, cape coral ,etc have some wonderful opportunities for those with a keen eye and true understanding of the buildings' structural situation. so working with a good inspector is key to moving forward.

Not sure why their response wasn't just, 2005 version of rules were rescinded as of x date as they violated 1997 covenants -- shouldn't be that difficult of an explanation if true.

@Jedd Braunwarth, You are right that there is some degree of hands on required to succeed in self storage but that is true of any investment.

LOL it has nothing todo with you.But what she said is true that lot of veteran LP outthere believes that GP that like to promote in BP is the worst.
