Most quality contractors won't even bid on a property in that area for fear of having their tools stolen and dealing with problem people coming around the property.

If the seller had their identity stolen like this case though with fake documents and a bank account that he could access, how does having the attorney catch this.

Within 8 months I had two different tenants, cops kicked in my door, stolen A/C and one tenant just disappeared leaving EVERYTHING in the house and gave the key to what we call " a crackhead" to get rid of his belongs.

I learned this the hard way when my rehab had the AC units stolen, and insurance didn't pay out (they most likely wouldn't have paid out anyways since most vacant policies exclude theft but you get the point).

It's likely a tax refund, drug dealing, or stolen goods. 

Back of the bed with metal cover so you stuff wont get wet or stolen. lots of cubby holes to store tools.. a frunk for took box's  seats six  fast as a Porsche 911.. 

It's going to take a lot of months of $300 cashflow to replace that stolen AC. 

This guy appears clueless.We’ve had innocuous title issues that just held up closing as well as a monster $600k fraud issue as lenders on a stolen house.
