If the home is in stellar condition, this may work.

Again, a lot of investors are looking to move their cash into apartment complexes right now BECAUSE of the recession.Take a look at the last thing Mark said; many many investors know that a recession means stellar returns for multifamily, so I think you would be doing a disservice to yourself by waiting for deal structures to change when they very well may never do so.
