Public Transit takes you to/from the airport, downtown, Mercedes Benz Stadium, Coke Factory, GA Aquarium and a few other cool places.

I think learning this side of things would be powerful and pretty awesome transitioning from one side to the other, which is where i hope to end up and become knowledgeable in because I know a lot about how to stay in a property already.

Month to month leases are not short term leases, usually they are 1 year leases that are transitioned into moth to month when the lease term expires thus making this completely different from Air BnB style rentals

It's just a little greasing of the palms and as long as there's no harm and no disturbance, everything is smooth. 

I find the transition from sales to investment is not quite so great there and commissions are larger.

The home has appreciated about $80,000 but I decided to transition it to a rental property instead of selling.

I hope it went smoothly.

If they pay out of their savings or checking they are not charged.I still use quickbooks for my bookkeeping though but it's all been smooth.

Would love to Transition into some house flips and parlay the cash into buy-and-hold real estate.
