Hi everyone! I’m new to real estate investing, I live in the Saint Petersburg Fl area and I would like to connect with other RE investors in my area. I would like to learn more about buy and hold Properties and flips. I have been an Electrician since 1995 and I’m not afraid of hard work. Would love to Transition into some house flips and parlay the cash into buy-and-hold real estate. I have been studying The ultimate beginners guide and looking at as many podcast and YouTube videos as possible. Can anyone recommend me some great Beginners books on investing in multi family dwellings and house flips. Any other advice will be greatly welcome.
