Matty, I didn't mean to imply that we are in the same position as China 15 years ago, what I meant is that devaluing our currency is a neccesary move to counter a similar (except less substantial) move made by the Chinese 15 years ago that has allowed them to prosper so robustly in the dacde and a half since.We are a huge debtor nation and it is due to the ease at which we can borrow and the pace at which we consume.

so caution with this route would be my advice you need very robust JV docs up front. 

I can put plant beds in near the fence edges using free materials, ie, the contractor has about 20 yards of 57 grade white stones that I could use in all flower beds, and a moonlighting landscaper can install very robust and inexpensive plants for greenery in those beds.

Honestly TenantCloud sounds better, more robust, but I'm already setup with Cozy, so transporting everything over seems like a PITA right now.
