I would definitely take out the HDTV and the collection of adult movies with the BluRay player. 

We used to give movie passes to a local cinema, then it closed...Last year, nothing, this year still haven't made up my mind.Yes, we're vendors...

This year I settled on movie passes.

I was in contact with a mid-20s age eastern euro guy who spoke English well but seem/acted as in a classic TV/movie "Russian mafia" style. 

There are all those sports programs or action movies to watch.

They lied and snuck her in the side door of the movie theater after the husband bought his ticket and took his seat, so to speak.

They once gave me free movie tickets after a somewhat inconveniencing repair.

shouldn't even be a question. if he is already telling you how to do your job and what he will and wont do. wait until. he movies in

And I think their life expectancy might be limited in the same way a Redbox movie rental kiosk is. 

That IS ludicrous  - check with the Savings & Loans in the late 80s to see how that movie turned out.Controlling Assets is NOT the name of the game when those assets aren't throwing off enough income to produce a net yield higher than your leverage, or borrowing costs.
