In commercial 400k to 500k minimum for quality assets in cash needed to put down so not as many uniformed buyers with that kind of money.You can buy smaller mom and pop type stuff and put less down.

FYI when you're tagging someone you need to use the @ symbol, start typing their name, and then click on their name when it pops up under the reply box.

This would allow us to dismiss the chat box from our screen, yet still be able to participate.That said, the idea of moving the chatbox to a separate tab - and just having growl type pop-up notifications - may be quite usable as well.

Just some random questions that popped in my head right after reading your post...

I wanted know from those actively rehabbing in the market if your are seeing it become more difficult to find rehab/renovation deals with the market so hot or are you finding higher profits from bigger ad-on rehabs or pop top type deals vs new builds in the closer in areas of town?

Not really sure where to go to search other than google, which not many good sources popped up.Any help would be great!
