I am scheduled to close on a duplex in Milo-Grogan in mid April so havent secured a PM yet. still shopping. but will certainly update here once the decision has been made.

It would be a completely different story if the marketing done for your property is poorly done.

I think if you have confidence in a property manager in your area it can be a good decision.

A $40,000 home may have better cash flow on paper, but it’s likely a dump in a poor area of town.

Sometimes it is a gut wrenching decision but sometimes kicking the person out is the best thing for them.

We talk daily and make big decisions together...   

I still cant figure out how to get a picture off my phone and on to a computer LOL.On the flip side your take down of Clayton Morris saved unknown numbers ( hundreds ) of investors from making probably the worst financial decision of their life.. so for that alone its worth 20k upvotes.. :)
