If I had a dollar for every time I saw a new poster on the forums looking to build an out of state team and then never post again, well, I probably wouldn't need to invest in real estate at all haha.I'm not trying to be negative, but that is the stigma that you'll probably deal with until you show you're serious by actually getting on a plane. 

You get some recognition and perks but you're still riding in the back of the plane.

If you're seriously considering investing in Dallas while living in Vancouver, you need to get on a plane and spend a few days driving around there.

I will be jumping on the plane next week to have other people give me different opinions and see the issue with my eyes.

Granted we were not planing on doing the fences at the start of the project which is now costing us 4K.

So having done some research, I've become interested in going out of state Turnkey but I'm a bit daunted by trying to pick a market and a provider from hours (or a plane ride) away.

If you are unwilling to get on a plane or in your car and drive the neighborhood, don't buy.

Were it me, I would get on a plane, camp out at the property, and have the new MTM lease ready to be signed right there with me.

Next email says her plane will get in at 10:30 pm meaning she won't be at the unit until midnight and her husband is coming to help with the bags...OK.
