I have a MTR that is just a room in a 2 bed condo.   I have a new tenant saying they will come in at 10.     Now this unit can't have keyless locks  and we discussed I have to met her on arrival and I thought no problem 10 am.  Next email says her plane will get in at 10:30 pm meaning she won't be at the unit until midnight and her husband is coming to help with the bags...OK.  I don't live there and the other room is a night worker so I pretty much have to go meet her.   I get a call before she gets on her plane confirming her arrival and  asking will I pick up food for her and her husband since they get in so late.    Well no... (I thought just plan better).     Next night she lost her keys and calls at 10:00 pm, is there an onsite manager. No.  Two days and she may be too much.
