Which will paint a big bulls-eye target on your back and make you a favorite of trigger happy lawyers, tenants and/or plaintiffs.But let's say you own 101 in 101 Main Trust, 202 in 202 Main Trust and 303 in 303 Main Trust - these trust being registered as the owners of these properties.

If it was major work (i.e. re-roof, exterior painting, parking lot resurfacing, etc), I'd notify them as a courtesy.

Both sides have been rehabbed with new fixtures, paint and carpet.

Hello,I'm a real estate agent, my client is selling / renting out an apartment that was occupied by a previous tenant and needs major cleaning, wall painting and fix some lights and a crack on the kitchen backsplash.

They made the seller paint the garage door, replace a screen door and a banister at the top of the stairs.

A trick I use is I walk around my house and start pointing things out that need improvement then speaking out loud to convince myself why I need to do XYZ with it (fix/paint/replace).

Im no contractor but I’m decent with general paint, plumbing, electrical, etc.
