You need to learn how to make your money a verb and not a noun...and be able to attach as many adverbs to those verbs as you can.

@Michael Ealy It all depends I phoned my property 15 years not nearly as much as what it was in the beginning I can have half the stuff delivered to my property I have known my handy man for just as long the tenants have been in the property for over 10 years it becomes more self sufficient as you go with the majority of the time and left

Rent control is primarily a problem for people who buy without analyzing the properties and no plan to get the returns they expect, also if a tenant is paying mkt rent or a property is delivered vacant the new laws will have little impact on you. 

I find that here in Texas, the courses cover the same material they just deliver it in different ways.

A deal that goes " you will pay me X if I deliver property Y to you" is a kind of binding agreement conditioned on your delivering property Y. 

It also sounds like you have a good nose for sniffing-out guru BS 💩As you are aware, the real estate industry is full of gurus that oversell and under-deliver on expensive, half-***, 'push-button' software that's used to up-sell you on their 'mentorship programs' for thousands of dollars. 

If that timeline delivers a satisfactory return on your capital or better, then it works, and if not, then pass.

Regards to working with multiple agents, agents work exclusively on commission and while we do have geographical preferences, the market is such that one in the Greater Boston area would be able to deliver a satisfactory service to you no matter where you go.

The condo bylaws said we need to publicly post, certified mail or hand deliver meeting notice 14 days prior with meeting place and time. 

How would changing the address for where your tax bills are delivered change the rate assessed by the municipality?
