The wire mesh, needed for the stucco, had to be mechanically fastened to the brick, which will mean there is a lot of holes in the underlying brick.

 In answer to the question in the ad, I'd simply cut the wire mesh on a corner on two sides with my sawzall, attach a rope to the cage and my truck and pull the lot apart.A lot of people don't realize that thieves only want the copper, so you cut the external mesh, cut the outer casing of the condensor, and cut the copper out directly in place.

If you never had wood shop in school, I suggest you have someone with you when trying to operate a router, table saw of chop saw until you can do it safely, these tools can really bite hard.
