I priced it only about 14% higher than the long term rental which matches traveling health professionals' budget on Furnished Finder.So I'm leaning toward longer term rental because even if I secure midterm tenant, that 14% more isn't really worth the potential vacancy.

This is how its done.As a rental rehabber (for my own portfolio) I just need; a decent handyman who can do simple electtrical fixtures, plumbing fixtures, fix leaks etc, an HVAC if I plan on replacing the system, a roofer if I need a roof (rarely), a painter, and a lawn guy to clean up the lawn.

At the end of the day I would probably go with propstream because it has way more to offer than just creating list.I'm just checking to make sure the owner info matches the county site and for the most part it does.
