Here, you are really a salesperson representing his company, with knowledge of his terms and other lending criteria that he somehow convinced you to pay for.

If OOS then you do not have a choice, turnkey UNLESS you have trusted crews and YOU know pricing ,  If you are new then turnkey, for both.

The wealth of knowledge and transparency that so many successful investors are willing to openly share is great to have that I've heard can be challenging to find in other markets.

I have never purchased an investment property, have minimum knowledge besides what I've studied on, and have zero hands on experience.
