That's when one of the neighbors picks up a giant wooden board and just starts smashing the windshield of a car parked across the street.

My third house, I purchased from a friend and my profit from that deal was a giant life lesson. :) After moving to GA from SC about 6.5 years ago, I wasn't sure what the following years would bring, so I rented.  

That sounds like a giant pain in the ***.

So when you're talking about GIANT mistakes it might hurt a little more with an apartment but either way it's going to hurt a lot. 

I own a 4-plex and highly recommend @Dick Rosen who does operate in Mesa.  

I believe it is important to see the process in the making, from the ground floor, allowing us to see that those "Giants" as we call them, all started from where we are starting.  

Then again even giant piles of crap seem to appreciate here.

The net result is that it's not uncommon (again, my personal experience) to see a commercial multifamily listed but if you drive by you won't see a giant "for sale" sign in the front yard.  

It has a giant master bedroom and huge master bath-modular's have good floor plans!

I tried the ozone treatment and didn't notice any improvement, but my house was a giant litter box, so maybe it works, if it is not as severe as this.
