VRs require more time and attention but you can learn to self manage and juice your returns.

If you don't pay people for the fruits of their labor they quit working.

As far as the use, because it is a good bit away from Chattanooga and Atlanta, eventually I was thinking of marketing to both cities as a small niche outdoor retreat/spa with a few fruit trees, campfire & yoga by the creek, bring in a masseuse/esthetician down the road etc. 

We should only want to develop long-lasting, mutually fruitful relationships with them.
