Hi Nick, I have looked into cashing out for foreign investors as I work mainly with foreign dollars to fund my fix and flip projects.

(But that was many years ago & things have certainly changed).If it's a rental property there is a foreign withholding tax on said income & the IRS site has a lot on information on it.However, I don't fully comprehend the inheritance issue with property.
