My father has a contractor who will do the following for 10k excluding materials.Bathroom Open a new entrance into the bathroom from the master room.Close the old entrance from a different roomRemove and replace everything.

Ray,Personally I wouldn't use laminate in bedrooms and if I am building a new infrastructure I would only use laminate in bathrooms, entrances and possibly in kitchens but would prefer tile in kitchen.
