The third i use as a visual map for my driving for dollars to classify properties roughly into ABCD catagories all of which can be done relatively quickly from a laptop. using beacon.gis and google earth. hope this helps i haven't come up with a better way yet but if i do ill let you know.

Well into the 1600's many, if not a vast majority of people, held the idea that they earth stood at the center of the solar system. 

Also, go onto google earth, I've weeded out many a property from looking at the street view, and neighbors.
