I deleted the Edge browser cookies and data, tried a different browser, and tried 3 different pc's and still the same issue.When I am able tolog in I am able to download some of my books and tools and then some of themgive me a "Couldn't download - no permission"...all randomly.

Think of it from the PM's perspective: if you were them, would you deal with the headaches of a C or D area (non-paying tenants, trashed properties, crime, etc.) for a 10% cut of a single property that rents for $1100-1800/month?
