I even gave her the reasons - company address on your W-2s is a residential building, company phone number on your boss's e-mail isn't a published land line, company website on your bosses, e-mail didn't exist when she sent me the message then miraculously appeared at midnight after I questioned it but the graphics on the page were for a completely different industry and not a single link on the page worked, boss referred to you as an employee yet there were no taxes taken out of your check, not a single employee in the company can be found in Linked-In or Facebook, and google can't find any evidence of the company in the state you said it is headquartered.  

It sounds like you are there...don't get cute with properties and high interest debt.

It looks like there is just an extra tab there you can click that shows you all the AirBNB listings in the area with a little graphical representation of how booked up their calendar is. 

Don't compromise yourself from financial freedom & peace of mind due to trying to get cute.

Could be in a niche you know well like picking up marketing gigs after hours (whether that is building websites, graphic design, whatever you can easily do), or your more traditional night gig like delivering pizzas, bar tending, etc.

Most people are drawn to images and graphics, so less words typically = better.If you are not good with branding/graphic design, etc put together the outline and info you want to share and work with a designer.I can tell you: I have seen "decks" that are 1-2 pages of text typed out in word, and I have seen 60 page books.

We plan on modifying our rental strategy by having one unit be a LTR, that is currently occupied and the back unit as an MTR.The MTR is a second story, cute and quaint.  2br/1ba, nice size bedrooms, smaller bathroom but fully functional.

There’s already these cute little new construction properties popping up in that area.Further North there’s the very popular Park Circle and immediately outside of the expensive Park Circle precinct, the prices plummet.
