That way you are not combative but you reinforce to him that you are only going to pay what the numbers warrant.

if they dont have a contract, and possibly even if they do and its fraudulent, they are trespassing, leave the local PD out of it, get the County Sheriff involved, its a trespassing issue in my opinion.  

Not to say I do anything fraudulently.

I think if we can prove something fraudulent we can collect triple damages...and our attorney is going to work on contingency so there won't be cash out of pocket.
