Does anyone know of a lender that can do a 100% LTV home equity loan in my area OR anywhere else (Raleigh, Cary, Durham, Apex, Garner, Wake Forest, Holly Springs) and is easy to work with? 

I have a buddy who sits on the city planning committee who is saying areas like Apex, Cary, and parts of Raleigh are already pre-priced 5-10 years out. 

So, my car is owned free and clear and it's registered under my company name.

There are 2 in Morrisville, 2 in Wake Forest, 2 in Cary, 1 in Knightdale to round out Wake county. 8 plex housing stock in Wake county is minuisule at 0.015% of the available housing stock.

Many times I encountered people who would see the home I lived in or the car I drove and wondered what business I was in.  

The asking price is $350,000 and seller will cary back $50,000 with 5% interest and 3 years balloon .Can anyone help me calculate the payment I have to pay every month for that amount alone?

If it is something that is intensive I get someone else to do it.Example is changing the oil on a car. I

My spare car is up for sale for 7k.  

He also told me that he would rather go out and buy a house than to purchase a car!I

The car is also a depreciating asset, so I would find a way to eliminate that loan as well first before investing.
