Just read the Polk County Iowa, Board of Supervisors resolution from September 1, 2020 about the Tax Sale that was delayed in June 2020.It sounds like maybe the tax sale will happen the Third Monday in November of this year.But Polk Co is just now, sending out tax statements for the Sept 2020 and March 2021 taxes due.So I can’t really see them having the capacity to get out those thousands of statements out for the current year.
