The risk of having the cost of vacancy and finding a new tenant is not worth the little extra juice I may or may not squeeze out o fit, you have to know what is enough for you and I'd rather spend my time finding the next great house to buy to do the same thing.

I have never heard of the company being discussed on here, but I will tell you that it would raise my antenna for red flags if someone was touting a way for me to put my money into a deal on the front end, let them do all the heavy lifting after my money is in, and then expect to have enough juice left in the squeeze for me to make be able to refinance all of my money back out.To me, there is simply too much room for fraud in these types of set-ups even if it is accidental.
